The Lafayette County School District has adopted the Model Plan for its employees. These 5 Companies have been determined by the Independent Benefits Council to be the "Best of the Best" 403b and 457 plans offered in Florida's public schools.


The Model Plan Companies are:

  • AXA/Equitable

  • TIAA-CREF*

*Approval of TIAA-CREF is pending upon completion of paperwork
